Darkest Suburbia...and Beyond!

The apartment, yes -- I'd left a window cracked open earlier in the week before the weather turned cool, and Ronald evidently pulled the screen far enough out of place to squeeze in.

The pantry/closet -- not really. I don't ordinarily leave that door open when I'm not actually in front of it. So either I did leave it unlatched at some point (possible, I suppose) or he slipped right past me at some point without my noticing (seemingly unlikely, but since I didn't know I had a cat at the time, who knows?).

The pantry is much tidier now, especially since I need to wait for the carpet to dry before putting the gift-wrap box and the vacuum cleaner back in. (And I now have plenty of carpet deodorizer should this happen again....)
